All of my original artworks, paintings and illustrations remain the intellectual property of myself, the artist, Nancy Chalmers. When you commission an artwork or purchase a ‘Spirit Painting’, unless otherwise agreed, you agree that the original artwork and concept is retained by me and all rights to publish or reproduce the art either online or in print are retained by me. This means that your painting may appear, for example, in a published anthology or collection of my works, a calendar or journal, an art print for sale via my online store, or as greeting cards or other promotional items. If you would like exclusive rights to the image, or to purchase the original artwork, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss an alternative agreement.
