My book cover design for ‘Proud Women: A collection of fierce women who are proud to represent the LGBTQ+ community’, celebrates diversity, empowerment, joy, friendship… and love!
A beautiful story about a shy little owl that can’t do math. I amagined my character, Gulp as neurodiverse and her best friend Momo the lizard is her best ally and support. The illustrations show the tender relationship between the two friends.
‘What is Love’ is a beautiful, heartfelt story teaching children about the qualities of love. Using the animal kingdom’s ‘soul mates’ as the characters in the story, readers learn important social and emotional skills. Wolves, gibbons, owls, swans and other animals that mate for life, show young readers how to care, how to share and how to show love for another.

Based on a beautiful short story written by Lilla Rogers ‘Bananas for Jamilla’ tells the tale of Title (a little tamarin monkey) and his friend Jamilla. A unique challenge in this book was to create a non-binary children’s book character and express the unconditional love that Title has for his friend – he ALWAYS wants to be with Jamilla and gets up to plenty of mischief sneaking into her backpack…

As part of my work for Lilla Roger’s online course ‘Illustrating Children's Books’, I chose to illustrate the text ‘Grandma’s Garden’ by Zoe Tucker. It is a sweet, emotional story that beautifully evokes the feeling of seasons passing and the circle of life. I imagined the main character, Coral, to be a thoughtful, sensitive and somewhat otherwordly little girl and Grandma Pearl to be a bit of an eccentric gypsy with a wild past. You can see here how much the characters evolved over the five weeks.

The Kiewa Valley is special to me because, no matter what the season, this gorgeous valley in the Australian Alps has me enchanted with its ever-changing colour palette. From snow capped peaks in winter to golden leaves in autumn, it is my favourite place in the world to hike with my dog.
Meet archaeologists, Eliza and Errol – two daring underwater archaeologists, lovers and holiday-makers. These characters were created for a hilarious graphic novel describing their adventures around the world as they attempt to balance delightful cruise ship activities with the perilous search for inexplicable antiquities deep beneath the sea.
Cover design for the summer issue of Wonder Magazine – an Australian publication that empowers pre-teen girls to be creative, brave, kind and to inspire them to think about who they are and what they could be. A publication free from the stresses of the adult world. A publication of their very own that they can contribute to.
Part of a series of illustrations for Folktale Week 2018. ‘The Forest Bride’ is a Finnish Folktale about a woodsman who discovers his sweetheart (a little mouse!) in a little cottage in the woods. When he proclaims his love for her, a spell is broken and she returns to her original form – a beautiful princess, of course!
A project for ‘They Draw & Cook’, the task was to illustrate a calendar page about Super Foods. This is a Korean Superfood Bowl alongside all the ingredients in a fun way to represent a recipe.

Here the tension mounts as Eliza and Errol risk missing Tiki Night and the seafood buffet for a discovery…
